Adam Guz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Adam started their career in 2008 as an Account Executive at Aboissa Vegetable Oils and worked there until 2012. Adam then joined SysAid Technologies Ltd. in 2013 and held the positions of Account Executive and Sales Team Leader until 2017. In 2018, they joined ServiceNow as a Manager of Global Sales Development and later transitioned to the role of Commercial Account Manager until 2021. During this time, they developed expertise in improving work experiences for people and ensuring smooth project flows. In 2021, they joined Logz.io as an Enterprise Account Manager and then moved to Wix.com in 2022, where they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager until 2023. Currently, they are working at WaveBL as a Team Leader and Senior Enterprise CSM.
Adam Guz completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Administração de Empresas from FECAP from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Technical degree in Computer Science with a focus on Ciências da Computação e Informática from Colégio Cotemig between 2003 to 2005. In addition, they obtained the ITIL Foundation v3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2016.
