Dave has held roles such as Director of Validation, Validation Manager, and Senior Validation Engineer at companies like Wave Life Sciences, Shire Pharmaceuticals, and as an Independent Contractor. Dave has successfully executed numerous validation protocols and has led teams responsible for equipment qualification, system validation, and compliance analysis.
