Liam O'Cuinn

Liam O'Cuinn is the Head of Product at Wave Labs, where they are currently building a recruitment platform for engineering, product, security, data, and AI roles. They founded Thalor, which was later acquired by Wave, and previously worked as a tech investor at AVP, managing investments in high-growth technology companies. Liam's career began at Rocket Internet, focusing on the HR sector, and they have also served as a Chief of Staff at Userled. They hold a First Class Honours degree in International Management from the University of Bath and achieved top marks in the International Baccalaureate at Wellington College.
