Ollie Ovel is the CEO & Co-Founder of Wave Talent, a company that helps companies scale their digital teams. Ollie is also the Founder of Design Leaders, a community for Design Leaders to talk & collaborate. Previously, Ollie worked as a Lead Recruiter for Product & Design at Wiser and TEKsystems, managing design recruitment teams for various companies. Ollie also has experience as a Commercial Team Lead at Appco Group North America and as a Project Manager at John Lewis Partnership, where Ollie managed teams and identified talent.
