Erica Walters

Erica Walters, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at Wave Transit since December 2023. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Senior Finance Partner at New Hanover Regional Medical Center from April 2019 to November 2023, where responsibilities included budget preparation, cost center accuracy reviews, and presenting monthly financial variances to executive leadership. Erica's extensive experience in finance management also includes serving as Finance Officer/Director of General Administration for the Town of Wrightsville Beach and Finance Director for both the Town of Selma and the City of Lumberton. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management, both obtained from East Carolina University.
