As the Senior Manager of Marketing & Brand Partnerships at Wave Sports & Entertainment since February 2025, Dayna builds on a diverse background that includes roles at Just Women's Sports, Bleacher Report, and The Walt Disney Company. Dayna has executed numerous promotional events, managed integrated marketing strategies, and forged strong brand partnerships. Dayna's career began with internships at NBC Sports Bay Area & California, CSM Sport & Entertainment, and Team Whistle, ultimately leading to a strong foundation in the sports business sector. Dayna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and has participated in a prestigious sports business immersion program at Manhattan Sports Business Academy.
