Kangmin Cho has an extensive work experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Kangmin started their career in 2010 as a Summer Marketing Intern at Nike. In 2012, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Senior Associate, where they advised clients from different industries on business development, new market entry, portfolio optimization, process innovation, change management, etc. In 2015, they returned to Nike as a Brand Manager Jordan/Football and Football Field Marketing Specialist. In 2020, they joined Wave Sports + Entertainment as a Strategy & Ops Intern, and in 2021 they were promoted to VP, Operations and Director, Strategy & Ops.
Kangmin Cho attended Seoul National University from 2004 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA. In 2010, they participated in an exchange program at IE University, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Kangmin then went on to Harvard Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in 2021.
