Laura Gibson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer service and analysis, currently serving as a Customer Journey Analyst at Wave since April 2017. In addition to this role, Laura has held positions as a Business Process Analyst and Metering and Billing Team Leader at the same company. Prior to joining Wave, Laura worked at EDF Energy from April 2008 to April 2017 as a Customer Service Advisor. Laura obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Sunderland, completing studies there from 2008 to 2011, and attended St Anthony’s Catholic Girls School from 2001 to 2008.
