Lissa Balmer is an experienced professional in the retail water industry, currently serving as the Director of SME Customers at Wave Utilities since September 2017, where a focus is placed on enhancing customer support and experience. Previously, Lissa held leadership roles at Wave, including Director of Customer Experience and Head of Customer Experience (North), contributing to the establishment of a strong national reputation through service offerings. Prior to joining Wave, Lissa was the SME Customer Director at NWG Business Limited and served as a Member of the Women's Advisory Board at the North East England Chamber of Commerce. Lissa's career includes various roles in business development, project management, and international trade, complemented by a BA Hons in Marketing from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside.
