Oscar Penon Esteva

Oscar Penon Esteva has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Oscar started their career at Merchanservis as an HR Generalist, where they focused on selection, contracting, and template planning. Oscar then moved on to Altran as an IT Recruitment Consultant, where they specialized in Microsoft environment and actively searched for candidates. Oscar then joined Page Personnel as a Business Developer & IT Recruiter Consultant, where they focused on sales development and acquiring new clients. Oscar continued their career at Altran as an HR Business Partner & IT Recruiter, where they managed client accounts and led recruitment processes. Oscar then joined ERNI as an HR Business Partner & Senior IT Recruiter, where they performed account management and led recruitment processes with clients. Most recently, they worked at Adsmurai as a Senior People Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Manager, where they managed the HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition team, ensured employee engagement, and participated in payroll processes. Currently, Oscar is the Head of People at Wavecontrol, where they are responsible for creating the Department of People from scratch, defining employee career plans, and serving as a member of the executive committee.

Oscar Penon Esteva completed a Diplomatura in Ciencias Empresariales at Universitat de Barcelona from 2006 to 2010. Oscar then pursued a Licenciatura in Periodismo at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya from 2010 to 2012. In 2017-2018, Oscar obtained a Máster Coaching Empresarial from Instituto Superior de Coaching.
