Allison Griggs Lee

Allison Griggs Lee currently serves as SVP of Talent Operations at Wavecrest Growth Partners, focusing on aligning talent strategies with business objectives and enhancing organizational culture. In addition, Allison acts as a Strategic Advisor for Bryq, promoting bias-free recruiting through scientifically-based assessments. Previous roles include serving as Fractional Chief People Officer / CHRO at AGL, where strategic HR guidance was provided, and Chief People Officer at Persado, successfully managing workforce scalability and global restructuring initiatives. Allison also participated as a Chief Member in a network aimed at empowering women leaders. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Business from the University of South Carolina.
