Xiernayi Dilixiati

Xiernayi Dilixiati has been working in the engineering and design fields since 2016. Xiernayi began their career as an Intern at Avic Aerospace Life-Support Industries. LTD. In 2019, Xiernayi took on the role of Human Factors Engineer at WAVE Drowning Detection Systems and also began volunteering as a Graphic Design Volunteer at Kashmir World Foundation.

Xiernayi Dilixiati completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician from Northwestern Polytechnical University from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they attended the industrial design winter program at Chiba University. Xiernayi then went on to earn a Master of Engineering in Human Factors Engineering from Tufts University from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Xiernayi obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Tufts University Gordon Institute.
