Gwendolyn Witecki

Gwendolyn Witecki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gwendolyn currently works at Wavelo as a Principal Engineer, where they are responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions in a microservices architecture. Gwendolyn works with network providers such as T-Mobile and AT&T and manages the lifecycle of subscriptions. Additionally, they have experience working in scrum environments and delivering presentations and workshops to onboard new engineers.

Prior to their current role, Gwendolyn worked at Apply Digital as a Principal Software Engineer and a Senior Software Engineer. Gwendolyn also worked at Tag Digital Studios Inc. as a Senior Development and UX Consultant, where they provided full-stack code implementation, software architecture recommendations, and UX expertise.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computing (B.Comp.), Honours, with a focus on Psychology, also at the University of Guelph, from 2007 to 2013. Gwendolyn received transfer credits for Computer Science from Athabasca University in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in dance and French study from the Canadian Dance Teacher's Association and Halton District School Board, respectively. Gwendolyn also has a certification in Microsoft Partner Assessment: Data Management and Analytics from Microsoft.
