Ruud Verheijen

Ruud Verheijen is the CEO of Wavemaker NL, where experience includes serving as Business Development Director. Verheijen has also held the position of Head of New Business at MEC Netherlands, a leading media agency, and worked at NCOI as a freelance educator in strategic communication and corporate communication. As a consultant, trainer, and public speaker at Zaaien&Oogsten, Verheijen assists companies with more effective communication. Previous roles include Client Services Director at MEC NL, Business Development Director at MEC, Manager of Marketing Communication at KPN Telecom, Manager of Marketing Communication at Postbank, and Account Director at TBWA and FHV/BBDO. Verheijen holds an MSc in Corporate Communication from Rotterdam School of Management and a degree in Commercial Economics from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
