Guillem Segarra

Guillem Segarra is a Principal at Wavemaker Impact, which is the first VC climate tech venture builder in Southeast Asia. He co-founds sustainability-focused businesses in the region with proven entrepreneurs. Guillem also holds various leadership roles at HappyFresh, including Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Senior Vice President Operations. Prior to this, he worked at Lazada Group as a Marketplace Operations Manager and Head of 3PL Management. Guillem also has experience as a Technical Consultant at Vodafone Global Enterprise. He holds a Master's Thesis in Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology and BSc. & MSc. in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
