Ulf Poelke

Ulf Poelke has held a variety of roles in the technology and software industry since 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Consultant in the e-business practice at KPMG Consulting. From 2000 to 2002, they worked at COMCITY: Internet Service Provider, where they were the Business Development Manager and Head of Providing and System Integration Business Unit. Ulf then moved to Time2 Business Consulting, where they were a Project Manager from 2001 to 2002. In 2005, they joined Opera Software as the VP of Business Development & Sales Engineering, Americas. In 2010, they became the Director of Sales Engineering for BOLT at Bitstream, Inc. In 2011, they were the Director of Sales Engineering at WIMM Labs (acquired by Google). From 2013 to 2015, they were the VP of Marketing/Product and Business Development at Starscriber. From 2015 to 2017, they were the SVP Product at Mapp Digital. Since 2017, they have been the CTO at WaveOn, where they have been responsible for the IoT RelationTech Cloud, Marketing, Production Automation, Anti-counterfeit and brand protection solution.

Ulf Poelke has a diverse educational background. Ulf obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Kiel University between 1990 and 1992. Ulf then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Physics from Kiel University between 1992 and 1996. Lastly, they obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University between 1996 and 1998.
