Harry Dozier is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health workforce equality, communications, design, and education. Currently serving as Head of Health Workforce Equality for The Scottish Government since September 2016, responsibilities include overseeing race equality initiatives and engaging in content design and agile project management. In addition, Harry contributes to Waverley Care as a trustee, focusing on public health issues related to HIV and Hepatitis C. A self-employed author under the pseudonym Themo H Peel, Harry also provides freelance design and illustration services specializing in branding.
