Don Ossey

Don Ossey, SIOR, is a seasoned professional in the industrial real estate sector, serving as Principal and Founding Partner of Capacity Commercial Group LLC since 2004, leading a 16-person industrial group and facilitating transactions for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in the greater Portland market since 1981. An active member of numerous organizations including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and NAIOP Portland Oregon, Don also contributes to local community by being a member of organizations such as Waverley Country Club and the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Don Ossey holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon and has been involved in various professional capacities, including serving as Board President of the Portland Commercial Association of Realtors in 2009.
