Katrina Wagner

Katrina Wagner is an executive recruiter at WaveStaff and has over 10 years of experience in the kayak and outdoor industry. Katrina started their career as a general manager at Hike Bike Kayak Sports in 2006 and was responsible for staff, scheduling, and training 25+ employees. In 2008, they moved to Kayak Connection where they continued to work as a general manager. During their time at Kayak Connection, they were responsible for marketing and event coordination, social media marketing and advertising, website maintenance, and blogs. Katrina also did copywriting and editing for promotional literature. In 2012, they left Kayak Connection to join WaveStaff.

Katrina Wagner attended James Madison University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts.
