Juliette Normand

Juliette Normand currently serves as Chargée de Recrutement et Projet Marque employeur at Wavestone since September 2019, overseeing the entire recruitment process for tech, HR, and recruitment profiles, while also managing external recruitment agencies and promoting the company's employer brand through various projects. Previously, Juliette held communication and mobility roles at EDF from September 2017 to September 2019, where responsibilities included marketing communication efforts related to finance skills and facilitating employee mobility within the finance sector. Additional experience includes an HR internship at Lagardère Travel Retail in 2017, a Corporate Social Responsibility role at Impact GEM, and prior positions in customer relations and education support. Juliette holds a Management Superior Studies Diploma from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a two-year Higher National Diploma in Management from Université catholique de Lille.
