Salma Damou

Salma DAMOU is an experienced IT and digital strategy consultant at Wavestone since December 2021. Prior to this role, Salma worked as a recruitment consultant at BEHIVE, specializing in insurance, banking, and finance from May 2020 to November 2020. Salma gained engineering experience during an internship focusing on railway signaling at the Office National des Chemins de Fer (ONCF) in early 2019 and worked as an assistant engineer in electrical power distribution at Groupe Cmcp-International Paper in mid-2018. Initial exposure to the engineering field occurred during a foundational internship in 2017. Salma holds a Specialized Master's in Management and International Skills from Audencia and an Engineering degree in Automation and Industrial Computer Science from École Mohammedia d'Ingénieurs. Educational background includes completing preparatory classes at Lycée Mohammed VI, Kénitra, and obtaining a Baccalauréat in mathematics and engineering sciences.
