Kevin Baldwin

Kevin Baldwin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kevin co-founded Newgate Business Consulting in 2019 and served as the Head of Marketing at Wavestore in 2023. In 2020, they worked at Make More Money, where they focused on helping SMEs increase their profitability. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2019, Kevin held the role of Continuous Improvement Consultant at BT, leading projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive financial growth. Kevin also worked at Rolls-Royce, where they served as a Programme Manager and later as a Staff Buyer, managing cost reduction projects and supplier relationships. Kevin started their career with a Year in Industry at Rolls-Royce and worked as a Sales Consultant and Customer Services Officer before pursuing their undergraduate degree.

Kevin Baldwin has an MBA degree in Executive MBA from Nottingham Trent University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a BA degree in Business Management from the same university from 2002 to 2005. In addition, they hold a certification as a Lean Master Practitioner from the BQF, obtained in 2016.
