Andrew W. Harobin has extensive experience in technology service delivery and operations, currently serving as Head of Technology Service Delivery & Operations at Wawa, Inc. since January 2004. Harobin oversees IT service management, asset management, observability, and support operations with a team of over 50 professionals. Previous roles at Wawa include Head of Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Management & IT Engineering, as well as Senior Manager - PMO. Prior experience includes positions at Accenture, Forte’ Systems Inc, Tishman Speyer, and Chemical Bank, where responsibilities ranged from technology infrastructure delivery to LAN management. Harobin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Studies (Electrical) from Lafayette College.
