Ben Yankelitis

Ben Yankelitis is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in workforce management and engineering. Currently serving as Workforce Management Process and Systems Design Lead and Operations Engineering Project Leader at Wawa, Inc. since June 2020, Ben has also held roles such as Operations Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at the University of Notre Dame, where responsibilities as Resident Assistant involved community building and support, and as Lead 3D Printing Teaching Assistant, focusing on lab management and student assistance. An internship at OrthoPediatrics led to the design of surgical instruments, while earlier internships in quality control and clinical project assistance provided valuable hands-on experience. Ben holds a degree from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 2020, and graduated from Malvern Preparatory School in 2016.
