Mateo Florez

Mateo Florez is an experienced professional in the digital assets and technology sectors, currently serving as Partner and Head of Digital Assets at Trust Anchor Group since February 2022. In this role, Mateo leads the strategic development and management of digital assets, focusing on innovation in distributed ledger technologies and ensuring compliance. Additionally, Mateo holds advisory and consulting roles in various projects, including the Digital Team wallet for sports associations, Wawcash's micro-credit service, and Saunter, both incubated at Trust Anchor Group. As Chairman of the KTH Blockchain Initiative, Mateo promotes education and application of distributed ledger technologies for students at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where Mateo completed a Master's degree in Computer Science. Previous experiences include roles as Global Travel Manager, Software Developer, Security Consultant, and Full-stack Developer.
