Andrew Mason

Andrew Mason is a seasoned freelance editor and writer with extensive experience as a music compilation producer, contributing to notable projects for major artists and record labels since 2008. As co-owner of Names You Can Trust, Andrew manages an independent record label, handling all aspects of music production and distribution. Additionally, Andrew serves as a contributing editor for Wax Poetics, Inc., overseeing story development and writing original pieces. With over two decades of experience as a professional disc jockey in New York City, Andrew has also held roles at Red Bull Music Academy and Scratch Magazine, where concepts and cover stories were generated. Andrew's background includes certification as a special education itinerant teacher in New York, specializing in one-on-one work with autistic children. Andrew holds a BS in Psychology from Boston University.
