Justine Haynes

Justine Haynes is a Programs Manager with extensive experience in recreational program planning and implementation. Currently employed by the Town of Waxhaw NC since May 2021, Justine has previously served as a Program Coordinator and has held roles in various recreation departments, including the City of Concord, NC Parks and Recreation, and the Mt. Pleasant Recreation Department. Justine's background includes a range of positions from Recreation Program Specialist to Senior Recreation Specialist, with responsibilities encompassing the organization of recreational activities and educational programs for diverse age groups. Justine holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a Minor in Biology, Leisure and Recreational Activities from Appalachian State University and an Associate of Science degree in Biology from Central Piedmont Community College.
