Helen Robins

Senior Associate at Waxman Strategies

Helen Robins is a Senior Associate in the Health Practice on Waxman Strategies. In this role, she leverages her unique background in advocacy, stakeholder management, and thoughtful research for a diverse range of clients. Helen’s passions include community education and response to sexual violence, women’s health and reproductive rights, and the intersection between health and the digital divide.

Prior to joining Waxman Strategies, Helen worked on the business development team at POLITICO Pro, POLITICO’s non-partisan policy news platform, supporting clients working on the frontlines of a variety of health policy issues. Helen’s track record of advocacy includes additional experience at NARAL Pro Choice America, chairing the 2nd Annual Louisiana Sexual Assault Student Activist Conference (LSASAC), and leading Tulane University’s 24/7 sexual violence resource hotline and peer educators. As a student, Helen also worked in the Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs at the U.S. Department of State and in private sector communications.

Helen earned her Bachelors of Science in Management and International Development in 2019 from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans. When she’s not exploring D.C.’s many monuments or debating where to find the best Georgetown Cupcake, Helen can be found scaling mountains in her native Colorado.
