Heather Roy

Heather Roy has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Benefits Administrator at Way Finders since October 2013. Previous positions at Way Finders include Human Resources Coordinator and Senior Administrative Assistant. Heather has also held roles as a Records Specialist at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and as a Service Writer and Office Assistant at Carrier Transicold of Southern New England. Further experience includes serving as Assistant Office Manager at Custom Marble Design, Inc., Advancement Assistant at Westfield State University, and Assistant Finance Specialist at Popoli Honda Yamaha. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree from Westfield State University, earned between 2002 and 2007, and completed a general college preparatory program at St. Mary's High School from 1998 to 2002.
