Jaron Thorne

Jaron Thorne serves as the Operations Manager at Way Companies since August 2013, overseeing account management for over $1.5 million in revenue, financials, preventive maintenance agreements, and operational expenses. Previously held positions include Chiller/Controls Technician focusing on installation and maintenance of various chiller systems and control systems, and HVAC Lead Tech/Controls Tech at Star Service Inc. Additionally, Jaron has been an Adjunct Instructor at Houston Community College since August 2010, teaching students personal and career development. Jaron's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and various certifications in HVAC and project management. Military experience in HVAC Controls was gained during service in the United States Air Force from January 1998 to February 2005.
