Court Aiken

Court Aiken, CFE, currently serves as Brand Leader for Paramedics Brands at Threshold Brands, having held various leadership positions there since January 2022, including Director of Franchise Operations and Franchise Operations and Training Manager. Prior experience includes ownership of Wayback Burgers from January 2020 to June 2024 and founding A Squared Consulting Group, where business assessments and strategic evaluations took place from February 2019 to December 2021. Court Aiken held positions at Neighborly® as Vice President of Operations and as CFO/COO at COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTION, LLC. Additional roles include Franchise Compliance Manager and Senior Brand Integrity Analyst at Direct Energy, Store Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, Business Development Manager at Dunkin' Brands, and Regional Director of Operations at Cold Stone Creamery. Court Aiken holds a BS in International Affairs / Political Science from Florida State University and has completed training at the Southwest Florida Criminal Justice Academy.
