Pardha Saradhi has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Pardha started their career in 2005 as a Regional Internal Auditor at ICFAI. Pardha then joined Ashok Leyland in 2006, where they held multiple positions including Deputy Manager -Internal Audit, Manager Internal Audit, Manager - Enterprise Risk Management, Senior Manager _ Enterprise Risk Management, Divisional Manager-Corporate Strategy and Planning, and Head - Marketing and Supply Chain Analytics. In their roles at Ashok Leyland, they were responsible for developing business strategies, streamlining processes, managing enterprise risk, and implementing analytics solutions. In 2017, Pardha Saradhi joined Waycool Foods & Products Pvt Ltd as a CFO.
