Aakriti Verma

Aakriti Verma currently serves in the role of Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management at Wayfair since December 2023. Prior to this position, Aakriti held various roles at ShareChat from December 2019 to October 2023, including Associate Director of HR and Senior Manager of Human Resources, among others. Aakriti gained significant experience at HCL Technologies, working as an Associate Manager in HR Analytics from May 2017 to December 2019, and previously at Infosys as a BPHR from May 2016 to April 2017. Earlier in 2015, Aakriti completed a summer internship at HCL Technologies' Infrastructure Services Division. Aakriti holds a degree from the Goa Institute of Management, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
