Caroline Rice is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy, data analysis, and stakeholder management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Commercial Strategy & Communications at Wayfair, Caroline coordinates approximately 30 stakeholders and delivers strategic priorities to a global team of 900. With a background that includes roles as a Senior Data Analyst and Category Associate at Wayfair, Caroline has successfully managed significant portfolios and executed large-scale communications. Previous experience includes organizing artistic projects at Sugarlift, interning at Zain Jordan, and holding sales and event planning positions earlier in her career. Caroline holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science from Columbia University and Economics from Sciences Po, complemented by a French Baccalaureate from the International School of Boston.
