Irene Kögl

Irene Kögl is an experienced marketing professional and educator with a strong background in digital marketing and academic research. Currently serving as CMO Europe at Wayfair since January 2023, Irene has held various significant roles including Director of Marketing Channels and Director of Search & Growth Marketing at the same company. Prior to Wayfair, Irene was the Head of Global Digital Marketing at crealytics and held several leadership positions there from November 2016 to December 2021. Additionally, Irene has contributed to academia as a visiting lecturer and research fellow at Universität Passau and Universität der Bundeswehr München, along with a brief tenure as a visiting researcher in Bolivia. Irene holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science from Universität Passau.
