Kelsey Cusack

Kelsey Cusack has extensive experience in program and talent acquisition management, primarily at Wayfair since July 2018, where responsibilities have included overseeing the Global Internal Mobility program and managing internal recruiting efforts across various supply chain operations. Prior roles at Wayfair included managing teams and launching initiatives that enhanced workforce recruitment. Previous experience includes a digital marketing internship at TripAdvisor, where Kelsey created targeted landing pages and executed lead generation strategies, as well as marketing roles for hockey and lacrosse organizations. Kelsey holds a degree from Fairfield University and has been involved in youth sports coaching, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills throughout various roles.
