Phil Landry

Phil Landry is a seasoned professional with significant experience in strategic operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Executive Recruiting at Wayfair since July 2011, Phil leads the search and recruitment efforts for top-tier corporate talent. Previously, Phil held various management roles at Wayfair, including Senior Manager of Partner Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing operational strategies for the Domestic Upholstery category, and Category Manager for Heating & Cooling, managing P&L and contract negotiations. Early career experience includes roles at '47 Brand, where Phil provided sales support, and The Hyannis Sound, where responsibilities encompassed booking engagements and managing finances. Phil holds an M.B.A. from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
