Shareen Mahmud

Shareen Mahmud is a Lead Product Designer at Wayfair, specializing in designing intelligent user experiences that incorporate emerging AI technologies. Previously, Shareen held roles at Huawei, where they led UX initiatives and improved usability metrics significantly, as well as at Simbi, where they developed features that boosted user retention. Shareen has a strong academic background, having earned a Bachelor’s with honors from North South University and a Master’s from The University of British Columbia. Earlier in their career, Shareen contributed to projects with Mozilla and conducted research to enhance software learnability with Microsoft.
