Désirée R.

Désirée R. currently serves as the Director of Talent Management & Engagement at Wayfinder Family Services, a position held since October 2021, and has previously held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager and Special Projects Manager at Hillsides from February 2017 to October 2021, as well as Special Projects Manager and Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at Bienvenidos Children's Center between August 2014 and February 2017. Additionally, from 2008 to July 2014, Désirée worked as a Congressional Liaison for the U.S. House of Representatives. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education with a focus on Organizational Change & Administration at California Baptist University, Désirée also holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the same institution.
