Hugh Boyle

Hugh Boyle is the CFO & COO at Wayhome. Hugh has over ten years of experience in finance and has held various positions at companies such as Unmortgage and MBIA.

At Unmortgage, Hugh was responsible for leading the finance function and overseeing all financial reporting. Hugh also developed and implemented new financial reporting procedures, improved processes and controls, and managed the company's indirect and corporate tax planning strategies.

At MBIA, Hugh served as the International Division CFO / Finance Director. In this role, they were responsible for leading the UK/International finance function, which included staff located in London, Paris and Madrid. Hugh also oversaw external outsourced finance providers in Milan, Tokyo and Sydney. Hugh was responsible for ensuring effective management of financial and management reporting (UK and US GAAP), regulatory reporting (Solvency 2 and investment management, individual and group solvency), tax, treasury, capital management, business planning and accounting policy. In addition, they served as a Board member of other MBIA non-regulated group companies including the UK services company.

Hugh has a proven track record in improving financial reporting procedures, implementing efficiencies, and reducing expenses. Hugh is a strategic thinker who is able to develop long-term plans and achieve goals. Hugh is an excellent communicator who is able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
