Will Richardson

Will Richardson is the CEO of Wayland Additive. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at Reliance Precision Limited from July 2016 to July 2019. Before that, they were a Consultant at TTP plc from March 2013 to July 2016. Richardson began their career as a Development Engineer at Malvern Panalytical from September 2007 to August 2011, where they worked on the development of the Kinexus Rheometer and Mastersizer 3000. Some of their key achievements include the development of a mechanical testing program for the Kinexus Beta program and the development of a stage for auto alignment of the Mastersizer sensor to laser.

Will Richardson completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering Science at the University of Oxford.
