Liz Cagianesa

Liz Cagianesa is the current Mid-Atlantic Operations Lead at Waymark. Liz has been in this position since July of 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Ambulatory Revenue Cycle Business Integration at Inova Health System from May of 2011 to July of 2022. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of an outpatient physical therapy clinic, including extensive scheduling of patients, billing, electronic and telephonic correspondence, invoice management, and service recovery. Her exceptional performance led to a promotion to Ambulatory Services Office Supervisor within 2 years. Liz also led their front office team in earning awards and accolades for customer service satisfaction and won the highest performing administrative office in IPTC division in 2012.

Liz Cagianesa has a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's of Health Administration - Management from George Mason University.
