Ian Schlesinger is currently the Reliability Lead at Waymo, where they founded and lead the Site Reliability Engineering organization, managing teams across two continents. Previously, Ian held several engineering roles at Google, progressing from Software Engineer to Site Reliability Engineering Manager. They also gained early experience as a Software Engineer Intern at YouTube. Ian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgetown University.
