Kacper Reutt

Kacper Reutt is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Site Lead at Waymo, overseeing the establishment of the Warsaw site since January 2024. Previously, Kacper directed engineering efforts at Tink from July 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included building a Connectivity department and growing the Polish engineering site to 140 employees. Kacper has held various key positions, including Marketplace Director at Synerise and Head of Blockchain at OktAI Foundation, alongside extensive experience at Cambridge Innovation Center as Head of Software Engineering and at Samsung Electronics, where Kacper managed a large software development department. Kacper also has foundational experience as a team leader at Filbico and as a software developer in various roles, holding a Master's degree in Computer Graphics from Warsaw University of Technology.
