Kathleen Ruffner

Kathleen Ruffner is the Head of University Recruiting at Waymo since October 2022, focusing on University Recruiting and Internal Mobility. Previously, Kathleen served as an Internal Mobility Partner at Meta's Reality Labs and held multiple roles at Facebook, including Recruiting Lead and University Recruiter. Kathleen's experience in higher education includes being Associate Director and Assistant Director of MBA Admissions at NYU Stern School of Business. Earlier roles at Kleinfeld Manhattan, Google, and the University of Virginia include administrative and recruiting responsibilities. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University, specializing in Organizational Effectiveness.
