Kyun Saiidnia

Kyun Saiidnia is the Head of Commercial Legal and Managing Counsel at Waymo, with experience since April 2019, previously serving as Managing Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Commercial Counsel. Prior to Waymo, Kyun worked at Morrison & Foerster LLP from November 2016 to April 2019 as an Associate in the Technology Transactions Group, handling commercial and transactional intellectual property matters and M&A due diligence. Kyun also held positions as a Summer Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP in 2015, a Communications Law Intern at Google in 2014, and a Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, providing support for federal broadband programs. Kyun's internship experience includes roles with the Law Office of O'Donnell & Smith, San Francisco District Attorney's Office, Office of Senator Dianne Feinstein, and American Rivers. Kyun holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Government and Economics from Georgetown University.
