Wei-Chih Hung

Wei-Chih (Wayne) Hung is a seasoned professional in the field of computer science and electrical engineering, currently serving as a Staff Research Scientist at Waymo since May 2020, after progressing through roles from Research Intern to Senior Research Scientist. Prior experience includes a position as a Student Researcher at Google and several research internships at notable companies such as NVIDIA, Adobe, GE Research, and Qualcomm. Wei-Chih completed a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Merced, and holds multiple degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering, and Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and National Taiwan University.
