John Richter

John Richter is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries, including their current position as Chief Information Officer at Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Inc.® since May 2022. Previously, John served as CIO and Vice President at MHI Shared Services Americas, Inc., where responsibilities included establishing the IT department, developing policies, and managing a substantial budget. John held director-level positions at Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas, Inc., leading IT teams and strategic planning, and worked as a web designer and developer in various capacities throughout their career, including notable engagements with government and private sector organizations. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University and completed an Executive Management Program in Strategy and Innovation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
