Joseph Beaman has extensive professional experience that spans several decades. Currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff at Wayne County Sheriff Office since October 2003, Joseph also holds the position of Quality Control Manager / Superintendent at Daniels and Daniels Construction Company Inc since November 1997. Prior to these roles, Joseph worked as a Plant Maintenance Supervisor for the State of North Carolina from July 1976 to July 1996 and served as a Military Officer in the U.S. Army and North Carolina National Guard from November 1968 to December 1995. Joseph's educational background includes a Certificate in Basic Law Enforcement from James Sprunt Community College (2004), a Construction Management degree from East Carolina University (1985), and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Industrial Engineering from Wayne Community College (1983).
