Lacy Thobe

Lacy Thobe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and is SHRM-CP certified. Lacy has extensive work experience in the field of HR.

From 2007 to 2019, Lacy worked at State of the Heart Hospice as a Human Resources Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions.

Since 2019, Lacy has been working at Wayne HealthCare. Lacy started as an Employment Specialist and later became the Senior Director of Human Resources in June 2021.

Lacy Thobe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Franklin University, which was obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Lacy completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Edison State Community College, from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Lacy has obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2022. Lacy has also achieved recognition on the Franklin University President's List for the Fall and Summer of 2020, and again in Fall 2021.
